STUDI runs a physical verification program through our Scout network. STUDI Scouts visit studios in person, test internet speeds, check power backup, photograph equipment, and audit the space. Studios that pass receive the STUDI Verified badge. Look for this badge before booking -- it means what you see is what you get.

Contact STUDI Support immediately upon arrival. Take photos of any discrepancies. If the studio materially fails to match its listing (internet speed, equipment present, power backup), you're entitled to a full refund. STUDI takes fraudulent listings seriously -- they result in immediate removal from the platform.

Yes. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless the host cancels or the studio fails to meet its listing claims. To cancel, go to My Dashboard, then Bookings, then Cancel.

STUDI processes all payments via Paystack, Nigeria's most trusted payment gateway. We accept all Paystack-supported methods: Nigerian debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

STUDI Verified is our trust badge awarded to studios that have passed a physical audit by a certified STUDI Scout. The Scout visits the studio, tests the claimed internet speed, verifies power backup (generator/inverter/solar), photographs all listed equipment, and confirms the space is as shown. Verified studios also benefit from priority placement in search results.

Sign up as a Studio Owner on STUDI. Complete your profile, then submit your studio listing with photos, equipment list, pricing, availability, and location. Our team reviews all listings within 48 hours. Once approved, your studio goes live. We recommend applying for STUDI Verification to boost visibility and trust.

After your listing is approved, you can request STUDI Scout verification from your dashboard. A Scout in your city will schedule a visit at your convenience. They'll complete a standardized audit checklist covering power reliability, internet speed, equipment condition, cleanliness, and space accuracy. If you pass, you receive the STUDI Verified badge within 24 hours.

STUDI collects payment from the creator at booking. After each completed session, your earnings (booking total minus STUDI's 10% platform fee) are transferred to your registered Nigerian bank account within 24 to 48 hours. You can view your earnings and payout history in your Studio Owner Dashboard.

Absolutely. STUDI supports all space types: home studios, van/mobile studios, outdoor locations, rented commercial spaces, and co-working hybrids. We have dedicated categories for Mobile/Van Studios, Phone Setup Studios, and Community Hubs. Nigeria's most creative listings are often non-traditional -- they attract niche creators and command premium pricing.

The STUDI Studio Setup Service is for owners who want to upgrade their equipment but need help sourcing or installing it. We partner with equipment suppliers across Nigeria to offer Starter, Creator, and Pro equipment packages at competitive prices. STUDI Scouts are verified on-the-ground auditors who physically visit studios across Nigeria to verify their listings. Scouts are trained to test internet speed, check power backup systems, photograph equipment, inspect spaces, and complete the STUDI audit checklist. Scouts are the backbone of STUDI's trust infrastructure.

STUDI Ambassadors are community connectors who recruit creators and studio owners to the platform in their cities. Each Ambassador receives a unique referral code and earns a 15% commission on the first 3 months of bookings from every creator or studio owner they bring to STUDI. It's a passive income stream for anyone with a network in Nigeria's creator economy.

Scouts earn ₦5,000–₦15,000 per verified studio, depending on the studio size and complexity of the audit. A typical Scout can complete 2–4 studio audits per week in a major city. Top Scouts earn ₦200,000–₦400,000 per month. Scouts in high-demand cities (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt) receive more verification requests. Payment is processed within 24 hours of audit submission approval.

When someone signs up using your Ambassador referral code and makes their first booking, you earn 15% of STUDI's platform fee (10% of booking value) for their first 3 months on the platform. There's no limit on how many people you can refer. Commissions are paid weekly to your registered bank account. Your dashboard shows real-time tracking of your referrals and earnings.
